# Prompt Bar

To create a new line in the prompt bar, press **return**. To submit the prompt, press ![](/files/hKpP5eLH17SaE3SXVg1W).

While the model is generating text or running a tool, you can interrupt the process by pressing the ![](/files/hvAnwXqynbPmOBmymdsg) button on the prompt bar.
